Lorenzo Zangheri - Illustrazione x banner sito

Due to his innate disposition and academic education, Lorenzo favours freehand drawing when it comes to planning solutions and technical choices: in his own professional experience as an engineer, he would often illustrate projects’ summaries - and their related philosophical plans of action - via axonometric projections and perspectives, entirely accomplished via freehand sketches.

Most of the drawings carried out for engineering purposes have been completed using ball-point pens on paper, watercolour and crayon: some of them have also been included in complex diagrams and technical reports, some other as background images for title blocks and documentary covers.

Lorenzo’s special skill for synthesizing concepts, messages and ideas, is perfectly suited for non-technical themes too: in 2019 he created drawings for publishing house Tout Court Edizioni, on the theme of London during Victorian Age.
